We are launching a new AI initiative that will lay the foundation for greater efficiency, knowledge, and technological innovation.
To drive this forward, we are looking for dedicated experts who not only find AI exciting but are ready to boldly put it into practice—people who are eager to create real value and actively shape the future of an international high‑tech company.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in an interdisciplinary team on the following strategic focus areas:

  • Process Improvements: Automation, predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization
  • Knowledge & Capability Building: Establishing an AI competence center, internal training, knowledge management
  • Products: Developing AI‑powered features for test systems and data‑driven services for aircraft components

Qualifications

Your profile may align with one of the following areas of expertise:

  • Data Scientist – you love data and develop models that create real impact
  • AI / Machine Learning Engineer – you build scalable AI solutions and integrate them into our systems
  • Project Manager with AI experience – you keep everything on track and ensure measurable results
  • AI Coach (Copilot, Office 365) – you explain applications, drive quick wins, and support our teams
  • A solid understanding of the opportunities and risks of AI
  • A strong sense of teamwork and customer orientation
