We provide aerospace test equipment for aircraft production as well as component manufacturing and aftermarket MRO solutions. Besides that, TEST-FUCHS plays a unique and important role in aircraft ground support equipment for the airline industry.
 
Our US-location (founded in 2017), and the second global equipment production facility, currently employs around 20 highly qualified employees and offers plenty of room for further growth and personal development. We are hiring a Field Service Technician for Brecksville, Ohio, to support the equipment in the field, in the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of aerospace test stands at our customer’s site
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing effective solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customer service
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and manage tooling and support equipment
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance service delivery
  • Provide training and support to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • 50% travel time to our customer’s site 

Qualifications

  • Associate of Applied Science or High School Diploma/Technical Certificate with 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with the ability to diagnose and repair complex systems
  • Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with an attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
