Completeness & diligence
 
To get a comprehensive impression of you, it is important that we receive complete application documents in a common file format (e.g. pdf). We recommend proofreading the documents; there should be no typing or grammatical errors in any cover letter or résumé.
 
Structure and order in the curriculum vitae
 
A good ranking and clarity is important, especially if the résumé already has several stations. This makes the recruiter's job easier and nothing can be overlooked. We recommend starting with the most recent employment in your résumé, because we would first like to know what your current job is.
 
The individual note
 
Show us whether you have dealt with our company. How does your profile fit into our team? Important information can be found in the job advertisement and on our website. You can easily refer to this in your personal cover letter. Impersonal mass applications are not doing well. However, the spice is also in the brevity, a cover letter should not exceed an A4 page if possible.
 
What includes a complete application?
 
To get a comprehensive impression, we ask for:
• the cover letter / letter of motivation
• a current résumé
• Copies of school reports or references
• Information on language skills
• Information about what characterizes you personally

How is the selection process like at TEST-FUCHS?
 
Step 1: We receive the written online application. We confirm the receipt of the documents.
 
Step 2: The application is checked in detail by our human resources team and the relevant department. All applicants receive information from us about the status of their application.
If we have any questions in advance, we will get in touch with you.
 
Step 3: If we can see that your knowledge and skills are a good match for the open position, we will invite you to an initial interview. This is sometimes also carried out digitally as a video conference. In the first interview, we would like to get to know you and give you the opportunity to learn more about the position and about us. It's a getting to know each other on both sides.
 
Step 4: In the team consisting of human resources and the specialist department, we make a decision who will be invited to the second interview round. In addition to your specialist qualifications, it is also important how you complete the existing team and whether this job is the right next career step for you. We will keep you informed about the selection process.
 
Step 5: In the second round of personal interviews, you will also meet new faces. Because the more TEST-FUCHS employees you got to know, the more accurate is our selection and the better you can make your decision. In any case, this round of talks will take place in person (and not online) so that you can get an idea of your new job.
 
Step 6: If we are in agreement on both sides, you sign your new employment contract and we will immediately start preparing your onboarding phase including the employee training program at TEST-FUCHS.
 
  
  

Can I also apply for TEST-FUCHS international locations? 
Yes. Check immediately which positions are currently open. In addition, we also give technical college graduates in particular the opportunity to gain practical professional experience at our locations in Germany and Austria. New employees who are employed at our international locations are given the opportunity to complete a comprehensive initial training phase at the headquarters in Gross-Siegharts in order to get to know the company in detail.
