We are hiring a Field Service Technician in our French branch, to operate with a small professional, agile support and sales team.

As a local Field Service Technician you will primarily be responsible for supporting our customers in the Toulouse area. In addition, you should be willing to extend your area of responsibility to cover the entire country and occasionally operate on an international level.

Responsibilities

  • support, calibration and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic Test Equipment (TE) and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (GSE) at the customer’s site
  • calibration and repair activities at national customer locations
  • creation of maintenance, test and calibration protocols and reports
  • technical support of our French customers in collaboration with Austrian colleagues
  • elaboration and review of spare parts packages
  • management of company vehicle, tooling and support equipment.

Qualifications

  • completed national technical vocational training (e.g. higher technical diploma “BTS”) – ideally electrical and hydraulic bias
  • professional experience as service technician is an advantage
  • experience in the field of electrics and hydraulics is preferred, calibration knowledge is a plus
  • professional English level (other languages appreciated but not mandatory) and enjoyment of customer contact
  • willingness and ability to be on the field (approx.75%), Toulouse, France and possibly other countries
  • computer and MS office skills
  • high degree of independence and conscientiousness as well as a structured way of working
  • driving license
