We are hiring a Junior to support our Technical Support team in delivering high‑quality technical assistance for TEST‑FUCHS Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and test benches. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with a strong technical foundation and a desire to grow through hands-on learning and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Support the Technical Support Team in delivering on-site and remote technical assistance for TEST‑FUCHS GSE products
- Assist with troubleshooting across hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electro‑mechanical systems
- Participate in installation, commissioning, operator training, and general post‑sales support
- Document technical findings and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Coordinate with engineering teams by gathering clear technical information from customer sites
- Communicate professionally with airline and MRO customers in time‑critical environments
- Help identify service needs or upgrade opportunities during customer interactions
- Develop technical skills through structured mentorship and continuous learning
Qualifications
- University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems; exposure to software or control systems is an advantage
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills through hands-on training and mentorship
- Ability to work in dynamic, time‑critical environments
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel up to 60 %
