Our US-location in Brecksville, Ohio (founded in 2017), and the second global equipment production facility, currently employs around 30 highly qualified employees and offers plenty of room for further growth and personal development.
As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong mechanical/industrial engineering experience to lead complex customer projects for our advanced aerospace test systems.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex customer requirements and sales input into clear technical and commercial project definitions
- Plan project timelines and resources closely with Lead Engineers and technical specialists
- Own the full project lifecycle from concept to final approval with the customers
- Lead customer communication and ensure all PDR, CDR, V&V activities and approval milestones are professionally prepared and executed
- Report directly to the Managing Director with clear updates on progress, risks and decisions
Qualifications
- Degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering, Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field
- Proven experience in managing complex technical projects (f.e. industrial machinery, custom equipment, automation systems or test benches)
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical assemblies and industrial hardware
- Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) is a strong advantage
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex customer projects
- Skilled in building agreements and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Additional languages, especially German, are an advantage
- Highly motivated, self‑driven, and comfortable working hands‑on with real hardware and equipment
